Job Summary
A Project Superintendent manages all scopes of the job from commencement to completion. The Project Superintendent reports to the General Superintendent.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of the site project, including safety, quality, scheduling, logistics, and budgeting.
- Assess job priorities and assign employees to appropriate job tasks
- Monitor work performance and productivity
- Ensure that all work is accomplished by the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with GC, engineers, and subcontractors to define project needs
- Keep track of project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure success
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards
- Have at least five years of experience in site development
- Identify, troubleshoot, and provide corrective recommendations to the PM/General Superintendent
- Schedule and coordinate material, tools, equipment, safety, subcontractors, and field operations
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

- They must be willing and able to travel out of town and state to work on job sites.
