IT Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking to fill the full-time position of IT Support Specialist. The position will report directly to the IT Director and support Strack offices and field employees to ensure they have the necessary technology and maintain it in working order. This position requires the right mix of soft skills, technical skills, and industry knowledge to provide the most efficient and comprehensive support.
Duties/Responsibilities

  • Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot IT software & hardware problems. 
  • Install and update company software.  
  • Install IT hardware such as computers, printers, smart devices, monitors, docking stations, and networking equipment. 
  • Onboarding: new user accounts: Hardware & Software (Microsoft 365, Active Directory) 
  • Offboarding: removing access, retrieving hardware, backing up, and cleaning. 
  • Maintains knowledge of relevant technology, software, etc., through ongoing education 
Skills and QualificationsEssential Requirements:

  • Must be willing and able to travel to multiple locations to work.
  • Must have good work ethics: Be on time, work hard, and be willing to learn.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
Position Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/oandertifications 
  • Previous IT support experience
